My son found Ropy in Tampa, abandoned and being mistreated by tenants in his apartment complex.
Ropy was our environmentalist cat - he would search the neighborhood for trash and drag it home, old plastic bags were his specialty, some came out of the canal, full of green slime and stinky water.
