Cat Tails

Over the years, we have taken in many cats.  Strays for the most part, some feral and some "dumped" out of cars when their owners no longer wanted them.

We first get them checked out by a vet, dewormed, if necessary, then they take the "Neuter Scooter" trip into Tampa.

They are all spoiled, their diet of cat food is enhanced with tuna and cream and they have their choice of soft places to sleep.

Our property of nearly 2 1/2 acres of mature oak trees provides am awesome playground where they can race across an expanse of grass, up a tree and down the other side.  They love to sit high in the trees and watch the activity below.  I think it's about as close to cat heaven as one can get.

We try to find homes for them, but we're pretty picky.  The few we have placed are all doing very well and have made their new owners very happy indeed.
